Internet & Show Promotions: We promote special Rally & Tour discounts at Trade Show Rallies, on our website, in e-Newsletters (ensure your email address is on file to receive these), and on Facebook (“Like” the Adventure Caravans Facebook Page).

End-of-Tour/Rally Promotions: At the end of a Caravan or a Rally, we offer a promotional incentive to sign up for future trips. These promotions vary and expire at the end of the tour. Your field staff team will provide you with all the information needed to take advantage of these promotions.

Early Bird Discount: Register for a trip 12 months (or more) prior to rendezvous and receive $100 off a Tour or $50 off a Rally.

Trade Show Rewards: Earn these when attending a Trade Show. Wear your Adventure Caravans apparel (hat, jacket, shirt or backpack) and talk to other show participants about your Adventure Caravans experiences. We will reward you with $50 in Trade Show rewards per person/show.

Customer Referral Rewards: If a new guest who has not traveled with Adventure Caravans mentions your name at the time of registering, we will reward you with $100 credit upon completion of their tour ($50 credit for a rally).

Frequent Caravan Miles: Certificates are awarded during every moving RV caravan and can be used on a future tour.

Without Exception: Trade Show rewards and Frequent Caravan Mile certificates expire two years from the date issued.

*Travel Rewards are not valid for non-RV options or Overseas tours. Rewards or Discounts may not be used as a deposit.
