Adventure Caravans is an established company and a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau as well as Dunn and Bradstreet. We have the reputation of providing quality for your money and doing it at a leisurely pace so that you will not miss anything. We encourage you to compare the length of our tours and what is included with that of other Tour Companies. We think you will be pleasantly surprised.
Our catalog fully describes all included activities, meals and events so you know what you are getting for your money up front. We constantly update our information so you will not miss a thing.
Adventure Caravans’ main objective is for you to sit back, relax, have fun, travel leisurely, enjoy the trip and see and do things that you want along the way. We schedule the highlights of each area and allow plenty of free time to explore; we allow plenty of time for you to “Stop and Smell the Roses.” We live and understand the RV lifestyle and know what RVers look for and expect on their RV vacations.
Our caravan travel philosophy is simple: It’s your vacation and the staff is there to facilitate you getting the most enjoyment from your time and resources. We mingle with the natives and visit out of the way villages and markets so that you can experience the culture of each unique area in which we travel. Our experienced and professional Wagonmasters give briefings at every stop and explain what there is to see and do in each area. You may travel with the Wagonmaster in a convoy or independently and at your own pace. Our Tailgunner will be the “last man” on the road to assure your safety and security and provide assistance and roadside aid. There are many qualified mechanics and garages along our routes, so you can rest comfortably knowing assistance is available, if needed.
Your low $250 deposit reserves your space on all domestic trips and guarantees no increase in the tour fee even if our suppliers increase their prices to us. There is no cost cutting and tips and gratuities are covered on all included events and meals. Although it seldom happens, caravans with less than ten rigs may have a Wagonmaster who also performs duties of Tailgunner.
Our top priority is customer service and satisfaction. We care about our customers and they come first. We design our tours with the customers’ best interests and satisfaction in mind. |

Prior to the departure date you receive a Trip Preparation Packet with information on what you should do before you leave home, what to expect on your trip, emergency phone numbers and information on receiving mail during the tour. If you are going on a tour (not rally), you receive a phone call from your Wagonmaster to clarify all your pre-tour information and answer your questions. At the Rendezvous we provide you with travel information and a custom designed trip log book to make your trip easy to follow and more enjoyable. |

We have the most liberal cancellation policy in the business. Occasionally tour members have to cancel due to an unexpected event for which they should not be penalized. If you have to cancel your trip for any reason, your money will be refunded 100% up to 75 days before departure, no questions asked. After that you will be refunded all monies paid, less $250, for which you receive a credit voucher that may be used on any future tour or rally of your choice. You don’t lose any money if you must cancel. We do not charge an administration fee or withhold a percentage of your trip fee even if it’s not an emergency. We want you to be able to register for a trip without worrying about any unforseen happening. We only ask that you honor our position and the difficulties we face with non-refundable deposits made on your behalf. NOTE: Special rules apply for Rallies, Piggybacks, Polar Bear and Overseas Tours. For details about our cancellation policy, please click here. |

Dogs and cats are welcome but dogs require a rabies shot and health certificate from a Veterinarian dated within one year of the date you re-enter the USA. Pets are also welcome on Ferry Crossings. Special arrangements to walk, feed and water pets left at RV parks are usually available when you are away for an extended period of time. |

Along with tour prices, one of the most important comparisons of different Caravan Companies is the length of similar trips. If tours go to the same places, which itinerary allows you plenty of time to travel leisurely, relax and “Stop and Smell the Roses” and which itinerary is constantly on the move from place to place?
A significant way to compare the value of trips to the same area, for a different amount of days, is to take the amount the tour costs and divide by the number of days on each trip. This will give you the cost per day and let you know which trip gives you the most value for your dollar.
Compare itineraries for activities and events included on similar trips. We pride ourselves on including more days and events for the same or fewer dollars. Compare the details for yourself.
Check out cancellation policies. If you have to cancel for any reason, we do not charge an administration fee, keep your deposit, or a percentage of your total tour fees. Adventure Caravans has the most liberal cancellation policy in the business. If we didn’t do anything to earn your money, we feel that it should go back to you, our customer. |
