Charlotte, North Carolina is a beehive of racing activities every May during ‘Speedweek.’

The Coca-Cola 600 is one of the biggest racing events in NASCAR. This is a day into night race with state-of-the-art Musco lighting for illumination of this spectacular on the super speedway with 24 degree banking. The longest, most grueling event on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Circuit, this 600 mile race is one of stock car racing’s ‘Big Four’.

Our seats are located in the Ford Veranda Section, some of the best reserved seats in the house. They are elevated so we can see the whole track and are located across from Pit Row where much of the action takes place. You have club access during races and will have an added Adventure bonus – use of the FanVision race viewer/scanner for both week-ends.

Our race package includes practices, ‘happy hours’, qualifying and the big races for the Camping World Truck, Xfinity and Sprint Cup series. The All-Star race is a bonus kick-off to Speed Week.

We start our rally with a Track tram tour and visit to Sam Bass Motorsports Art Gallery and Design Center. Sam is the official artist for NASCAR. He signs autographs and guides the tour himself, when available.

Luxury motorcoaches take us to many race related areas. Highlights off the track include visiting many race shops, a tour at Racing Electronics, lunch and tour at the award winning Childress Winery, time at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, a stroll through the “Speed Street Festival’ and meeting with Martha Earnhardt (Dale Sr’s mom) at the Curb Museum. We enjoy pre-race activities, which include jet flyovers, special activities and live concerts with top entertainment. WOW! What a week.

Our Full Hook-up RV Park is the best in the area and is walking distance from the Speedway. You will be surrounded by racing. If you are a racing fan, it’s the trip of a lifetime. Join Us!

  • When we signed up for the tour all we knew was that we were going to Alaska. Adventure Caravans made this trip, for us, a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was taken care of, all we had to do was leave in the morning and be in the next campground by a certain time. We enjoyed every facet of the tour from the log meetings and socials to the tours and our free time. Kudos to the wagon masters and the Penny and Tom. The icing on the cake are the wonderful friends that we made and know we will keep in touch. The camaraderie among the whole group was amazing but the trip left us with memories for a lifetime. Thank you Adventure Caravans.
