Like no other place …and no other experience… Alaska.

Head north to Alaska for the trip of a lifetime with Adventure Caravans! This tour gives you the best of Alaska, all in one package. You can be sure you haven’t missed something, because all the most popular tours and activities are prearranged for you. This trip is about both the destination and the journey to get there. Departing from Great Falls, MT, you experience the grandeur of the Canadian Rockies as we travel north. Along the way we visit the city of Calgary, tour beautiful Banff and Lake Louise, walk on the Athabasca Glacier as part of a snow coach tour, and explore historic Dawson City.

The Top of the World Highway takes us to the gold mining area of Chicken, Alaska, then on to Fairbanks with lots of activities to entertain and educate us. Always wanted to see Mt McKinley? We travel by bus into Denali National Park to Kantishna, a journey 92 miles each way and a full day of opportunities for wildlife viewing and a chance to see the mountain.

We span the Kenai Peninsula to experience “Alaska’s Playground”. A luncheon cruise through Resurrection Bay, the Alaska Sea Life Center, fabulous vistas and opportunities for world-class fishing are just a few of this area’s highlights.

In Valdez, we take the 9+ hour Meares Glacier tour into Prince William Sound. We maximize your opportunities for viewing the glacier up close and encountering whales with this extended cruise. Observe bears in their natural environment from your safe viewing platform in Stewart-Hyder a highlight not to be missed! This tour is all about the history, the people, and the beauty of the land to our north.

Join us and your new caravan friends for a summer you will never forget, as we head north to Alaska!

  • “I will be recommending to all of my RV friends, it is a must do!”
    Garry & Karen West
  • Regarding our 31-day Canadian Maritimes caravan Cindy and I would like to express how much we enjoyed the caravan with Rick & Sharon Gilbert and John & Sally Mincks. Both couples were outstanding and we would love to book any caravan they are involved with. We booked for the 2018 Big Sky caravan and hope you can assign one or both off them to that trip. We met many wonderful people and hope we have made some new life long friendships. We hope to meet up with Rick and Sharon at the Tampa RV show in January. The tour guides for our various bus tours were top notch, all added much information and interesting stories to the tour. Please give a big thanks to Roger in Quebec City, Roddie in PEI, Carolyn in Halifax and Paul on The Cabot Trail.

Alaska & The Canadian Rockies

  • “I would recommend this type of Alaska experience to everyone!”
    Dale Jobe & Carol Colburn
  • I must say it was way beyond my wildest dreams and thoughts of South Africa. First of all, I have to say that the people were exceptional. They were beautiful not only in looks, their beauty was in everything they did for us. They were so happy to talk with us and question us about America. They all would love to come over here to visit but said they knew they would never be able to afford the trip. I was overwhelmed with the young children and their attitude toward us. They laughed, smiled and waved to us all along the highways on their way to school. I have to admit, I was so proud of how they were dressed and their pride. Our American children have so much and appreciate it so little.
    Carole & Len Adams
  • “As always we had a great time & are looking forward to our next adventure!”
    John & Ann Dea
  • “The Rallymaster & diverse group made the trip awesome. We enjoyed everything. The little things—concern for the people was always evident, it shows the company works for people and their enjoyment.”
    Thomas Sepka
  • “The team was the best. The fellow travelers were like old friends. It was above our expectation!”
    David & Gretta Storrs
  • “Very nice campgrounds. Our Wagonmasters and Tailgunners made the experience very enjoyable!”
    Ed & Marjorie McMahon
